South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone let the scene go over-the-top on purpose to play up their view of Bush's incompetence making 9/11 theories ironically impossible, a notion which categorically dismisses valid evidence and puts stock in the weak hope that ignoring 9/11 issues will make them go away.
